Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MoveRight Pro (“we”, “us”, “our”) — a product of Athletic Prime Co — collects, uses, and shares information when you use the MoveRight Pro mobile application (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you create an account we collect your email address and an encrypted password (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase). We do not see your plaintext password.

Athletic profile

During onboarding you provide information about your sport, playing position, training age, season phase, training schedule, available equipment, injury history, upcoming competitions, and training goals. This information is used to generate your personalised training programs and is stored against your account.

Training data

When you complete workouts the App records the exercises performed, sets, reps, weights, perceived exertion (RPE), workout start and finish times, and any notes you add.

Subscription status

If you purchase a Pro subscription, we receive your subscription entitlement status from RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment card details — those are handled by Apple or Google.

Device and usage data

We may collect anonymous device identifiers, app version, operating system version, and crash logs to diagnose problems and improve the App. Push notification tokens are stored to deliver workout reminders if you have opted in.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate personalised, periodised training programs.
  • To save your workout history and show progress over time.
  • To deliver workout reminders and other notifications you have opted into.
  • To manage your subscription and entitlements.
  • To diagnose technical problems and improve the App.
  • To respond to support requests you send us.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party processors. Each is bound by its own privacy practices.

  • Supabase — secure storage of your account, profile, programs, and workout logs.
  • Anthropic (Claude API) — your athletic profile (sport, position, training age, equipment, injuries, goals) is sent to Anthropic's API to generate program recommendations. Anthropic processes this data as a service provider and does not use it to train its models. No email address or other directly identifying information is sent.
  • RevenueCat — subscription state management. Receives an anonymised user identifier and your purchase events.
  • Apple App Store / Google Play — process all subscription payments. We do not see your full payment details.
  • Expo / EAS — used to deliver push notifications if you enable them.

4. Data Retention

We keep your account and training data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile, programs, and workout logs are deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records to comply with legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Export a copy of your training history.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.

You can delete your account from inside the App (Profile → Settings) or by emailing us at the address below. Under GDPR and similar laws, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Children

MoveRight Pro is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

All data in transit is protected by TLS. Account credentials are hashed by our authentication provider. We do not store payment card details. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is perfectly secure — we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the revised policy.
