How do I get started with MoveRight Pro?
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, create an
account, and complete the onboarding process. You can start adding
clients and conducting screenings right away with your free trial.
Can my clients use the app too?
Yes! When you add a client and assign them a program, they can
download the MoveRight Pro app and log in with their email. They'll
see their workout programs, exercise videos, and can track their
progress.
What screening protocols are available?
MoveRight Pro includes the full FMS (Functional Movement Screen)
with all 7 tests, plus a Quick Screen option with 3 essential tests
for faster assessments. All screenings include guided instructions
and automatic scoring.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription in the app under Settings >
Subscription. Click "Manage Subscription" to access the customer
portal where you can cancel or change your plan. Cancellation takes
effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is my client data secure?
Yes, we take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit
and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and our
infrastructure is hosted on secure, SOC 2 compliant servers. See our

Can I export my client data?
Yes, you can export your client data at any time. Go to Settings >
Account > Export Data to download a copy of all your information.
