Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use MoveRight Pro. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

MoveRight Pro provides general strength and conditioning guidance. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for the diagnosis, treatment, or advice of a qualified medical or healthcare professional.

Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing condition, are recovering from an injury, are pregnant, or have not exercised in some time. You participate in any program generated by the App entirely at your own risk. Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other symptom that concerns you.

MoveRight Pro offers paid subscriptions (“Pro”):

• Monthly subscription — billed every month.
• Annual subscription — billed once every twelve months.

Pricing is shown to you in the App at the point of purchase and may vary by region and over time. Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play account) at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

How to cancel. Manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your device's subscription settings:

• iOS: Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions → MoveRight Pro → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MoveRight Pro → Cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep access to Pro features until then.

Refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are handled directly by the platform; we cannot issue refunds for App Store or Play Store subscriptions ourselves. You may request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com (iOS) or through Google Play.

Free trials. Where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Share your account, resell access, or use automated scripts to scrape data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its underlying services.

Programs and recommendations in the App are generated using a combination of rule-based logic and AI models. AI output can occasionally be inaccurate or unsuitable for your specific situation. Use your judgement, and refer to the health disclaimer above.

The App, including its name, logo, software, training templates, exercise descriptions, and content, is owned by Athletic Prime Co and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes while your account is in good standing. Your workout-log data remains yours.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if continued provision is not reasonable. You may terminate by deleting your account from inside the App at any time.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Athletic Prime Co and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury, lost data, or lost profits. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by an in-App notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Athletic Prime Co is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws apply in your country, those laws also apply.

If you access MoveRight Pro through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and Athletic Prime Co only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
• You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms, when using the App.
