By creating an account or using MoveRight Pro, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

MoveRight Pro is a software platform that enables health and fitness professionals to conduct movement screenings, create corrective exercise programs, and manage client relationships. The service includes mobile applications for both professionals and their clients.

3. Account Registration

To use MoveRight Pro, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Professional Responsibility

MoveRight Pro is a tool to assist qualified professionals. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for verifying you hold appropriate qualifications and licenses to provide health/fitness services in your jurisdiction
• The app does not replace professional judgment or clinical decision-making
• You are solely responsible for the advice, programs, and services you provide to your clients
• You will obtain appropriate informed consent from clients before using their data

5. Subscription and Payment

Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

MoveRight Pro and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content solely to provide the service.

Your use of MoveRight Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of client data and complying with applicable privacy laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

MoveRight Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from the use of programs created with our tools.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoveRight Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
